Can I add products after I place my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot add products once your order is placed.  If you need to add items to an order, please request a cancellation so you can order the correct products.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are received within 3-5 business days.  You will also receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Can I change the shipping after I place my order?

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to change the ship method selected at the time of checkout.

Q:How do I return or exchange my shirt?

We accept all returns and exchanges within 30 days for any order.  Please submit a request using the steps detailed in our Returns Policy.

Exchanges can be performed one time per item ordered. Please call or email us for additional information.

Can you customize orders?

We can customize orders, please give us a call to discuss your needs.

You messed up my order!!

Yikes!!  If it has to do with specific colors of ink or the shirt, digital images we display have the most accurate color possible; however, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.

Mistakes don’t happen often, but we are human too. If you receive the wrong item or if there is a defect in any way, please contact us, we want to make it right.  Once you send us a pic of the error we will verify your claim, correct any mistakes, and then flog the responsible party in the town square.
